Success through mentoring!

Are you a leader?

Maybe you hold a supervisory position at work or in your church. Maybe you don't. Either way, you are a leader. Why? Anyone who has a sphere of influence is a leader. If you have kids, friends, neighbors, coworkers, and/or enemies, you have a sphere of influence. Therefore, you are a leader.

What makes a good leader?

Quite simply, a good leader is defined as someone who has a desire to help those around him or her succeed. Most likely, you are a good leader!

Are you a great leader?

If a good leader is defined by a desire to help others succeed, then a great leader is someone who not only has the desire, but also the ability! These two characteristics, when put to action, lead to great leadership. Sadly, though, very few good leaders ever learn this secret, and this dooms them - and the people around them - to always fall short of their potential.

Wash, Rinse, Repeat

That's why the Wash, Rinse, Repeat mentoring model was created. It will help you be organized and effective in your approach to developing others, empowering you and your protégés to reach your potential and achieve your goals!
